1. Overview
Welcome to HEXORIN which operates the online store at hexorin.store and all related content, features, products and services. Our store is powered by Shopify.

These terms and conditions, together with the policies referenced in them (our Refund & Return Policy, Shipping Policy and Privacy Policy), form the “Terms of Service”. By visiting our store or placing an order, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.

Nothing in these Terms of Service limits any rights you have as a consumer under applicable law that cannot be waived by contract.

2. Eligibility and account
You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live) to place an order. You confirm that the information you give us (name, email, billing and shipping details) is accurate and complete. If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your login details safe and for all activity under your account. You may not transfer or sell your account.

3. Our products
We try to describe and show our products as accurately as possible. However, colors and appearance may vary slightly depending on your screen and settings. Product descriptions, specifications and availability may change at any time without notice. We may limit quantities or discontinue a product at any time. Nothing in this section affects your legal rights if a product is defective or not as described.

4. Orders
When you place an order, you are making an offer to buy. We will confirm your order by email, and a contract is formed when we send that confirmation. We may decline or cancel an order, for example for stock issues, pricing errors, suspected fraud, or if we cannot deliver to your address. If we cancel an order after payment, we will refund you in full.

You confirm that your purchase is for personal, non-commercial use and not for resale.

Returns, cancellations and refunds are governed by our Refund & Return Policy. If you are a consumer in the EU or UK, you have a legal right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods, as explained in that policy.

5. Prices and payment
Prices are shown in the currency displayed on the store and may change at any time, but the price you pay is the price shown when you place your order. Unless stated otherwise, prices include applicable VAT for customers in the EU. Shipping costs, and any taxes, customs duties or import charges that apply to your destination, are shown or explained at checkout or in our Shipping Policy. For orders shipped outside the EU, import duties and taxes may be charged by your local customs authority and are your responsibility unless we state otherwise.

By placing an order, you confirm you are authorized to use the payment method provided. Payments are processed securely by third-party payment providers, and we do not store your full card details.

6. Shipping and delivery
Delivery times shown on our store or in our Shipping Policy are estimates and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or events beyond our reasonable control, such as severe weather, strikes or natural disasters. If your order is significantly delayed or lost, you can contact us and we will help you with a resend or a refund, as set out in our Refund & Return Policy.

Risk of loss or damage to your goods passes to you when you or a person you designate (other than the carrier) takes physical possession of them. Please see our Shipping Policy for more details.

7. Product use and safety
Please read all product instructions and warnings before use and use our products only as intended. We are not liable for damage or injury resulting from misuse or from ignoring the instructions provided. This does not limit liability that cannot be excluded by law, including for defective products.

8. Legal guarantee
If you are a consumer, our products are covered by the legal guarantee of conformity under the law of your country of residence. If an item is defective or not as described, you may be entitled to repair, replacement, a price reduction or a refund, in addition to the remedies in our Refund & Return Policy.

9. Intellectual property
All content on the Services, including the STRYVE name, logo, text, images, graphics, videos and design, belongs to us or our licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may use the Services for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify or exploit any content without our prior written permission. Buying a product does not give you any intellectual property rights in it.

10. Prohibited uses
You agree to use the Services only for lawful purposes. You must not:

• break any applicable law or infringe anyone’s rights;
• send false or misleading information, impersonate others, or commit fraud, including using a payment method you are not authorized to use;
• upload or transmit viruses, malware or other harmful code;
• scrape, copy, or collect data from the Services by automated means, or interfere with the security or normal operation of the store;
• send spam or unsolicited promotions through the Services.

Automated tools or software agents acting on your behalf must identify themselves honestly and must not bypass security measures or CAPTCHAs. We may block or limit access to anyone who breaches these rules.

11. Reviews and feedback
If you send us reviews, comments, photos or other content (“Feedback”), you confirm that you own it or have the right to share it and that it is lawful, truthful and not offensive. You grant us a free, worldwide, non-exclusive license to use, display and reproduce your Feedback for operating and promoting our Services. We may remove Feedback that breaks these terms. We will never publish your personal details without your permission.

12. Third-party tools and links
Our store may include third-party tools or links to other websites. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content or practices, so please review their own terms and policies. Any purchase or interaction with a third party is between you and that party.

13. Relationship with Shopify
Our store is hosted and powered by Shopify. Your purchase is made directly with us, and we are responsible for the products, orders, returns and customer service. Shopify processes information as described in our Privacy Policy and the Shopify Privacy Policy.

14. Errors and inaccuracies
Occasionally the Services may contain errors, for example in descriptions, prices or availability. We may correct them and, where an order was placed based on an obvious error, cancel it and refund you in full.

15. Disclaimer
The Services are provided “as available”. We do not guarantee that the store will be uninterrupted or error-free. Information on the store is for general purposes. This section does not limit any statutory rights you have as a consumer.

16. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses (such as loss of profits or data) arising from your use of the Services. Nothing in these Terms of Service excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, for defective products, or for anything else that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

17. Termination
We may suspend or end your access to the Services, or cancel your account, if you seriously or repeatedly breach these Terms of Service. Any order already accepted will still be handled according to our policies and your legal rights.

18. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect and use your personal information. By using the Services you confirm you have read it.

19. Electronic communications
By placing an order you agree that we may contact you electronically (email or notices on the store) about your orders, account and these terms. Marketing messages are sent only with your consent, and you can unsubscribe at any time.

20. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. The latest version will always be on this page, with the “Last updated” date. The version in force when you placed your order applies to that order.

21. Severability and entire agreement
If any part of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. These Terms of Service, together with the policies they reference, are the full agreement between you and us about your use of the Services. Our failure to enforce a right is not a waiver of it.

22. Governing law and disputes
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of Spain. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory consumer laws of the country where you live, and you may bring a claim before the courts of your country of residence. EU consumers may also contact their national consumer protection authority or an approved alternative dispute resolution body.

23. Language
These terms may be provided in other languages for convenience. If there is any inconsistency, the English version prevails, unless the law of your country requires otherwise.
